Welcome to Learn Epic Spanish! These Terms of Service govern your use of our website, courses, community, and related services. By using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and, if applicable, any additional agreements we provide.
By registering for, purchasing, accessing, or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service and all applicable policies.
Important: As described below, disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration, and you waive the right to participate in a class-action lawsuit, except where prohibited by applicable law.
You must be at least 16 years old to use our services.
We reserve the right to refuse service or modify eligibility requirements where permitted by law.
If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to purchase or use our paid services.
If registering or purchasing on behalf of a company or other third party, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that party to these terms.

You are responsible for activity conducted through your account.
You may not share, sell, transfer, or distribute your login credentials or course access to others.
If you believe your account has been compromised, please notify us promptly.

If you provide personal information relating to another person, you represent that you have the appropriate authority or permission to provide that information.
All course materials, videos, lessons, graphics, downloads, worksheets, study materials, methodologies, branding, and other content provided by Learn Epic Spanish are owned by or licensed to Learn Epic Spanish and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Your purchase provides you with a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the materials for your own educational purposes.
Unless you receive prior written permission, you may not:
Copy, reproduce, republish, sell, license, distribute, or commercially exploit our content.
Share course materials or account access with others.
Record, download, or redistribute content except where downloading is expressly provided or permitted.
Use our materials to create or operate a competing course, product, or service.
You retain ownership of content that you submit to our community or services (“User Content”). You are responsible for ensuring that your User Content does not violate applicable laws or the rights of others.

Our website and services may use or link to third-party platforms, payment processors, websites, applications, or other resources.
We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their availability, content, security, practices, or policies. Your use of third-party services may also be subject to their respective terms and policies.
Certain services require payment. Current prices, subscription options, and applicable billing terms are displayed on our website at the time of purchase.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers and are subject to their applicable payment-processing terms.
Subscription-based services automatically renew at the applicable monthly or annual rate unless canceled before the next billing date.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents future renewal charges. Unless otherwise stated, you will retain access to the applicable service through the end of your current paid billing period.
Your initial purchase of a Learn Epic Spanish paid subscription is covered by our 7-Day Risk-Free Guarantee.
If you are not satisfied with Learn Epic Spanish for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your initial purchase date by contacting info@learnepicspanish.com.
The 7-Day Risk-Free Guarantee applies only to your initial purchase. It does not reset or apply again when changing plans, renewing a subscription, or resubscribing after a previous membership.
After the initial 7-day period, payments are non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Monthly and annual subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the applicable renewal date.
Renewal charges are non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law. It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription before the renewal date if you do not wish to continue.
Cancellation of a subscription does not retroactively refund charges already incurred.
Learn Epic Spanish provides educational content designed to help students learn and improve their Spanish.
Individual results vary based on factors including participation, practice, consistency, prior knowledge, learning habits, and individual ability.
We do not guarantee that any student will achieve fluency, conversational proficiency, a particular level of comprehension, or any other specific result within a particular period of time.
Any examples, milestones, testimonials, or descriptions of potential progress are illustrative and should not be interpreted as a guarantee of individual results.
Our services are provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by applicable law.
We do not guarantee that our website, courses, community, or related services will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Learn Epic Spanish will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the services will not exceed the amount you paid to Learn Epic Spanish during the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim or $500, whichever is lower.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of Learn Epic Spanish will be resolved through binding individual arbitration, rather than in court.
Class Action Waiver: To the extent permitted by law, disputes must be brought on an individual basis, and you agree not to participate as a plaintiff or class member in a class, collective, or representative action against us.
Opt-Out Option: You may opt out of this arbitration provision within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by sending written notice to info@learnepicspanish.com stating that you wish to opt out of arbitration.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking appropriate relief for intellectual property infringement or pursuing a claim in small claims court where permitted.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
For disputes that are not subject to arbitration, the parties consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate state or federal courts located in Texas, subject to applicable law.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Learn Epic Spanish if you materially violate these Terms, misuse the service, engage in fraudulent activity, share unauthorized access, or interfere with the experience or safety of other users.
Termination for violation of these Terms does not automatically entitle you to a refund.
You may stop using the services or cancel an active subscription at any time, subject to the payment and refund terms described above.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes to our services, business practices, or legal requirements.
When appropriate, we will update the Effective Date displayed at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the services after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
